Perspective works

2 point exterior at twilight (or if it's a very big city... just night.)

3 Point exterior- I've heard with perspective drawings there are what's called "cones of vision" that even if you follow perspective perfectly if you go very far out from the center everything gets really warped.  You can see a little of that around the edges of this one.

2 Point interior.  I was going for a ruins look.  The arched doorways take a while.

  2. These are really good, Travis. I really enjoy the first one. You have a strong composition. I love the way you've chosen to crop in on some buildings and create a night time affect and have these well crafted street lights. I love the fast that you used cast shadows to give the piece a sense of depth. I enjoy the colors you chose for the first one. I also like how you approached the second one. The way you handled the buildings, it's as if you skewed the shapes of the building a little so that the tops seem much wider than the bottom. I like the pictures you have incorporated in this piece. The billboard of you with the mustache is hilarious. Always the comedian. I like that. Great job

  3. nice. the arches look really cool and so does the street light. the one with the arches could use more stuff in the room or better value range. but it looks really interesting.

  5. you just need to go ahead and do the 3 point exterior in black and white. once again, the film noir influence resurfaces in your work. my only nit picky concern is in the ruins, the ground on the right seems to become a bit convoluted. i see the gradient but my eyes are still trippin out. either way, solid stuff man.good job at makin my eye walk through the spaces

  6. The 2 point exterior is really nice. The window on the left side looks like a fish tank!

  7. Very nice, Travis! I have to say the top one is my favorite, although I do like the Roman architectural feeling of your interior design. But I'm not sure that using the 3D effect was necessary for the fountain; it stands out because it's the only thing in 3D.

  8. the top one is very well done. great use of lighting and shadow. middle one is feeling a little warped, but its not distracting and actually adds a little charm.
